Disclaimer Policy
In all cases, the deposit and, where applicable, the balance, are refunded in full. if the rental is replaced.
50% of the deposit is refunded if the cancellation is declared more than 2 months before arrival,
20% of the deposit is refunded if the cancellation is declared less than 2 months before arrival,
If the cancellation is declared less than one month before arrival the deposit is not returned unless the rental is replaced.
We will provide all the documents necessary for reimbursement of the deposit by insurance.
