Se regrouper

La totalité du groupe peut se réunir dans quatre endroits différents:

• le grand salon, de 80m²: idéal pour la fête et les soirées musicales. De ce salon vous avez accès à une terrasse donnant sur les bois et pouvez aussi rejoindre la cuisine centrale, le salon cheminée et la quasi totalité des Rooms.
• la grande salle à manger: idéale comme salle de danse, de projection (écran et vidéo projecteur disponibles sur demande), de réunion. On y trouve aussi un baby foot, des raquettes, ballons, boules de pétanque etc ..
• la terrasse du petit déjeuner: attenante à la cuisine buanderie, face à la grande salle à manger et à la piscine, elle est au cœur des Fermes.
• le pool house: au bord de la piscine, vous y trouverez une cuisine d’été, des tables, chaises, coussins et bains de soleil qui invitent à la détente.

The rooms

Le mas comprend 12 Rooms, plus le salon des enfants (traversant) et l’alcôve , totalisant jusqu’à 45 couchages.
Quatre Rooms ont leur salle de bain et toilettes privés, le reste des Rooms se partagent 4 autres salles de bain.

La piscine

Our swimming pool is large (16mX6m, including a small pool of 3x6m and 20 cm deep, allowing little ones to splash around near their parents.). Nothing replaces parental supervision; we recommend applying the “compulsory wearing of an armband around the swimming pool” regulation. A “shock system” (the instructions for use are attached to a beam of the pool house near the toilets) provides additional security. 
From October to May the swimming pool is covered with a dome under which you can swim and relax (Fatboy and cousins) if the sun is out to heat the water and the interior of the dome!

And also…

There is another small lounge at the entrance to the sauna and Hammam overlooking the large courtyard and the swimming pool. 

You have 10/15 bicycles available for all ages, so you can do your shopping or take a walk while leaving your car (in the parking lot at the top) and not using it for the rest of your stay!

On site, there are all kinds of games for young and old, board or sports games (volleyball, basketball, football, table football, ping pong, etc. + 2 tennis courts (4 rackets at the Mas) in the center of the village along the river, the property is vast (1.5 hectares of meadows, woods and bamboo groves). You are asked not to pick the fruit.

Energy:

There is an electrical terminal at the end of the path, 2 minutes' walk away. 
A gas station is also at the end of the road.

The kitchens:

A central kitchen with all the necessary crockery for a large group as well as:
1 Lacanche gas cooker with 2 ovens and 5 burners,
1 refrigerator with freezer,
2 dishwashers,
1 kettle,
3 coffee machines (Italian, filter and Senséo)
2 toasters,
All kinds of household appliances.

An outdoor kitchen under the pool house with:
1 small refrigerator,
1 4-burner gas hob,
1 large grill,
1 large old-fashioned wood oven.

A laundry room with other kitchen essentials ;
2 kettles,
2 coffee machines (filter and Senseo),
2 toasters,
2 dishwashers,
2 large refrigerators, one with freezer,

We have selected 6 trustworthy caterers from the village and Anduze who have always given us satisfaction both in terms of prices and quality and quantity. For reasons of trust, we prefer not to receive caterers other than those indicated below. You can be delivered on the day of your arrival in a cold storage trailer, order a festive meal, plan all the menus for your stay... Friends, families, seminars, you will all be delighted;

• Ana (06.07.31.93.48 – 04.66.85.28.15) from the restaurant “l’atelier du randonneur” in the center of the village will prepare delicious local cuisine, Cévennes and Spanish specialties, Paella, Gardiane, Lamb, Pork with olives, couscous, salads of all kinds, etc. from 10 euros/p.
• Thierry and his truck every morning opposite the town hall (04.66.85.40.23) our butcher-charcutier will prepare succulent grilled meats, sausages, and other local meats for you.
• Fred (06.85.29.06.51) and its wood-fired pizza truck is located in the parking lot at the bottom of Chemin de Rieumal. Just call him, then pick up the pizzas at the appointed time. The next day, they will be just as good. From 30 pizzas he can come and settle in Rieumal on the day of your choice!

Explore the surrounding area: Lasalle

The village of Lasalle is further down, 5-10 minutes away on foot by road or by the calade (old paved path) which is behind the Mas, it is also a hiking path which leads to the Rocher de la lune and other hiking trails. 
You will find all the amenities in the center of the village; a large Super U supermarket run by Lasallians, for all budgets, the hiker's stopover and its pretty terrace at the back of the restaurant near the town hall, 2 café-restaurants, a local producers' grocery store between the town hall and the tobacco shop, 2 bakeries, a tobacco press house, a dry-cleaning sewing shop, a hairdresser, 3 potters, a pharmacy, a multi-professional health center, 2 doctors, the Cévenol market on Monday mornings with its local artisans and producers and finally, a small market on Friday morning, as well as a list of Lasallian producers that you will find on www.lasalle.fr).

• Swimming in the Salindrenque, the Val d’Emeraude river which runs alongside the village and its infrastructure. You will be surprised by the numerous gours and waterfalls.
• Tennis, along the river, 2 Quick courts + 1 wall, behind the tourist office. 
• The Cinema on Monday evening in an old spinning mill just after the post office.

There are around ten marked hikes around the village, one of which runs along the property on the north side. Several maps are available in the kitchen window or at the Lasalle tourist office, in the center of the village near the town hall.

Coming to Rieumal; 

By train and car or taxi:

From Ales, Nîmes, Montpellier, or even Marseille you can rent a car, or arrange with the village taxi Therond-flavier 04.66.85.21.84 to pick you up.

If necessary, ask for vans for 7 or 9 people.

* 110-120-170 euros from Nimes or Montpellier station, 

* 270-400 euros from Marseille-Provence airport.

The contribution to the restoration of the Mas is 450 euros. The additional night is 1,550 euros if all or part of your group wants to come or leave before or after the stay. 

In mid season:

A 2-night stay costs €5,950, a week costs €9,950. Bed, pool, toilet and household linen included. GAZ EDF BOIS charges and tourist taxes included.

In high season:

Opt-out policy;

In the event of cancellation by the lessee:

• In all cases the deposit is refunded in full if the rental is replaced.
• 50% of the deposit is refunded if the cancellation is declared more than 2 months before arrival,
• 20 % de l’acompte est remboursé si l’annulation est déclarée moins de 2 mois avant l’arrivée,
• Si l’annulation est déclarée moins d’un mois avant l’arrivée l’acompte n’est pas restitué sauf si la location est remplacée.
• Nous fournirons tous les documents nécessaires au remboursement par les assurances.
